Running before the form of you…
Wondering when their eyes will meet again?
Holding onto hope when it’s long gone…
Quiet takes her form away from him,
Slowly as the night comes to rest,
Just like a shy and open breathe,
There she is again…
Holding faintly onto hope…
There he is on the run…
Trying to glimpse her shy smile,
Within his broken tears,
There she also disappears…
Holding onto a bit of false hope,
Sadly losing everything he had,
There is a shadow of a doubt,
That she barely is a thread…
Here he runs from himself, the past…
And all the clever lies,
Holding onto his last promise…
Kindly seeking what he used to remember…
Her form stands still as a statue,
Broken by his tears, broken…
He can’t lose her again…
To the darkness…
Barely leaving a scratch,
Barely leaving her form…
Haunted by the thought of losing…
Everything she meant to him,
Lonely girl come into shadow,
Healing takes time my friend…
She barely watches as he looks at her…
Till she fades away again...
